• Q1 :How long is my CU Pro Membership valid for?
  Ans: The CU Pro program comes in two variants. One lasts for 6 months and the other lasts for 12 months. When your membership is set to expire, we will send you a reminder asking you to renew your membership.
• Q2. Do I get CU Coins when I make purchases using my CU Pro membership?
  CU Pro members can get an extra 5% CU Coins Cash back (up to INR 100 per Order) on prescription medication bought using their membership. CU Pro members will get this cashback along with the benefits of the offers and discounts available to our non- CU Pro customers.
• Q3.How CU Pro members get extra 5% on medicines bills?
  You have to order minimum Rs2000 medicines to get extra 5% off over the other general discount of CurePills.
• Q4. Is the free delivery applicable to all types of orders? Is there a minimum order?
  Yes, free delivery is applicable on all orders placed using your CU Pro membership over Rs 500.For Order Below Rs 500 only 30 free delivery will be provided. For COD, order amount should between 60 and 5000 INR.
• Q5. Can I cancel my membership after buying it?
  Once paid for, the CU Pro membership cannot be cancelled.

Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions constitute the CU Pro Membership Agreement ("The Agreement") between CurePills Healthcare Private Limited (“We, Our or Us”) and the registered CU Pro Member (“You”). You are urged to read the terms of Membership carefully and to email any questions that may arise to our Customer Support Team at support@curepillshealthcare.com. Please note that all registered CurePills customers can buy ‘The CU Pro Membership’, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• CU Pro Membership can be availed on www.Curepills247.com website, and Mobile app.
• Two terms of CU Pro Membership are available. A customer can choose to opt for either 6-month (Rs.499/-)(Rupees Four hundred and ninety nine only) or 12-month Membership (Rs.999/-)(Rupees Nine hundred and ninety nine only).
• At the time of ordering/purchasing CU Pro Membership, CU Coins shall be applicable on the CU Pro Membership fee. Coupons shall not be applicable to that purchase/order of CU Pro Membership fee. If other products are ordered along with the CU Pro Membership fee, CU Coins and/or Coupons shall be applicable only to the products and not the CU Pro Membership fee. CU Coins shall be applicable for the purchase of products as well as the CU Pro membership fee.
• Vouchers shall not be applicable whenever HG Pro Membership is added to the cart, with or without products.

• As a CU Pro Member, you are entitled to receive an additional 5% CU Coins (max. Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only) per order), which is the cashback amount that will be credited to your CU wallet, after your “pre-paid order” of prescription medicines of ANY value is delivered. 5% CU Coins will be credited to the final amount paid by customer excluding all the wallet/offer discounts. The CU Coins is valid only for 90 days from the date of credit. The CU Coins shall be credited to your e-wallet after the delivery of your pre-paid medicine order only. This 5% CU Coins shall be on top of all other coupons, cashbacks, offers etc.
• As a CU Pro Member CU Coins in your e-wallet can be used along with other coupons/offers.
• As part of the Membership, CU Pro Members are eligible for FREE Delivery of any products over Rs 500 Orders and 30 Free delivery for below Rs 500 order. The mode of payment to receive the FREE Delivery can be either Pre-paid or COD. For COD orders, the minimum order required to avail FREE Shipping is Rs. 60/- (Rupees sixty only) and the eligible maximum order limit is Rs. 5000/-(Rupees five thousand only). For Pre-paid orders, no minimum order is required.
• As a CU Pro Member, during the subscription period, you can avail an additional 5% off ONLY on all medicine Orders. The additional 5% discount is NOT valid on the order other than medicines. Please note that the additional 5% off is on top of the ongoing discounts, if any.
• As a CU Pro Member, your order will lead the queue in the processing of the order and customer support (priority processing) during the subscription period.
• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without further notice to you. Any such amendments we make shall be effective once we post a revised version of these Terms and Conditions on the Website/App. It is your responsibility to review the www.Curepills247.com Terms and Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the Website/App following the publication of any such changes will constitute your agreement to follow and be automatically bound by the amended terms and conditions.
• These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any failure of the Website/App/ Company to enforce or exercise any provision of this Agreement or related right shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. The section titles used in this Agreement are purely for convenience and carry with them no legal or contractual effect. In the event of termination of this Agreement for any reason, you agree the following provisions will survive: the provisions regarding limitations on your use of Content, the license(s) you have granted to the Website/App/Company, and all other provisions for which survival is equitable or appropriate.
• In the case of a conflict between these terms and the terms of any electronic or machine readable statement or policy, these Terms of Service shall prevail. Similarly, in case of a conflict between these terms and our Privacy Policy, these Terms of Service shall prevail.
• All disputes involving but not limited to rights conferred, compensation, refunds, and other claims will be resolved through a two-step Alternate Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) mechanism. It is further agreed to by the Parties that the contents of this Section shall survive even after the termination or expiry of the Terms and/or Policy.
• Mediation: In case of any dispute between the parties, the Parties will attempt to resolve the same amicably amongst themselves, to the mutual satisfaction of both Parties. In the event that the Parties are unable to reach such an amicable solution within thirty (30) days of one Party communicating the existence of a dispute to the other Party, the dispute will be resolved by arbitration, as detailed here in below;
• Arbitration. In the event that the Parties are unable to amicably resolve a dispute by mediation, said dispute will be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Company, and the award passed by such sole arbitrator will be valid and binding on both Parties. The Parties shall bear their own costs for the proceedings, although the sole arbitrator may, in his/her sole discretion, direct either Party to bear the entire cost of the proceedings. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of Arbitration shall be the city of New Delhi in the state of Delhi, India.
• The Parties expressly agree that the Terms, Policy and any other agreements entered into between the Parties are governed by the laws, rules and regulations of India, and that the Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the Parties.
• These Terms and Conditions and your use of this Website/App and its content will be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of India subject to the jurisdictional courts of Delhi.
