No. COD orders are not charged any extra fee for any order value. You simply pay the order amount to the delivery person when your medicines arrive.
For retail or individual orders on curepills247.com, there is no minimum order. For bulk B2C orders on curepillshealthcare.com, the minimum order is ₹2,000.
Returns & Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed. Once the order is assigned to a vendor for processing, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact our support team immediately at support@curepillshealthcare.com or call +91-9911-89-72-89.
If you receive a wrong, expired or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. Our team will arrange for a replacement or full refund as applicable.

Yes. We sell prescription medicines, which require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. You can upload your prescription during the ordering process on our website or app. Our licensed pharmacists validate all prescriptions.
